₦150,000 – ₦250,000 per month

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support via email, live chat, and phone
• Resolve customer inquiries and document interactions using CRM tools

Requirements:
• OND, HND, or BA/BSc + 1-3 years customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Full-time | Remote | CRM experience (Zendesk/Freshdesk) is a plus
