Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $19–$28/hour

Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or virtual assistance
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Typing speed of 40–50+ WPM with high accuracy
• Experience using CRM and customer support software
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus

What you'll do: • Respond to customer enquiries via live chat
• Assist customers with services, appointments, billing, and general enquiries
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Help improve FAQs and knowledge base resources
